If you have a DWI...
You will need to obtain a substance abuse assessment. We will be able to schedule your assessment at a time that is convenient for you. You will need to bring: a copy of your breathalyzer reading or blood test, a completed driving history record, and pay $100 fee mandated through the NC state statute.
